The Commonweal Theatre Company is committed to the values of collaboration, community, diversity, learning, and artistic integrity. The company presents plays in a year-round season and employs a roster of theatre professionals. Junior and senior majors in theatre/dance can experience a rigorous 13-week semester-in-residence with the Commonweal. The residency program includes courses taught by Commonweal members as well as intensive hands-on internship experience that may include a combination of such areas as stage management, administrative duties, technical production, on-stage roles and understudying. Students may complete the program in the fall, spring or summer semester. Click here to visit the Commonweal Theatre Company's website.
